Throughout the project Misael the owner was always available and willing to make any adjustment or correction I asked. He acted as an advisor, recommending best practices. When additional work outside of the scope was required, Misael explained clearly what was needed and how much the labor will cost. Misael and his crew were very courteous and professional.
